Cooking over fire…
It’s one of the oldest and most primitive methods of cooking there is. It’s elemental, and has been a passion of mine for many years.
Despite being ancient, cooking over fire is, in my opinion, the best and undoubtedly the tastiest way to cook. When food caramelises over burning charcoal and seasoned wood, hundreds of aromatic compounds infuse into the food. This creates a flavour profile that cannot be replicated by any other process.
With our 45-gallon pit barrel, and an obsession with high quality and local produce, we take to farmers markets and local food events to bring you the unique, authentic taste of Fire Food.
